I finally got around to uploading pictures of some of my favorite woodworking projects. I'll add more as I find more photos (or finish more projects!)
There have been articles in the Seattle Times the past couple days about how the tall ship Wawona is being moved to dry dock to be dismantled. We were fortunate enough to have been able to tour the Wawona during the 2002 Seattle Tall Ships Challenge; I've added a Tall Ships page which includes pictures from that day.
Read MoreWe're back in Seattle after spending the week in Southern California. It was a pretty whirlwind trip, but things went well. It was nice to thaw out with warm weather.
Read MoreHope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday. Jean (Melody's mom) and her husband Ron came over on Thursday for dinner and we all went over to Keith and Bev's house on Friday.
Read MoreIt's been a while since I've posted updated pages. This batch includes pages for Frank's family and Fujimoto holiday letters, as well as recipes for macaroni & cheese and yogurt.
I've started adding pages for Washington, starting with the Museum of Flight. I've also added a page for the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA.
New pages for the past week cover Calico Ghost Town and the Mojave National Preserve, Griffith Observatory, Spokane, and Crater Lake. I've also added a few pictures of Kellen and Tynor doing parkour.
I've added a couple pages. One is for my dad's surprise 80th birthday, and the other is for Mono Lake in California, which was really fun to visit. Coincidentally, Melody was watching the Arts Channel last night after I had finished the page and a piece came on where they were showing pictures of Mono Lake. They showed mostly tufa, but both of us were disappointed they didn't show the alkali flies. Well, OK, they were probably trying to go for a serene mood.
I've put up a few pages which contain pictures of places I've visited. Up now are Yosemite National Park, Devils Postpile, and Las Vegas. Enjoy!
I've added a few pictures from my parents' 50th Anniversary celebration which was held this past June. It was held at the Orange Hill Restaurant which has hosts an amazing brunch.
